1. Cancellation and Refunds
1.1. Cancellation Within 14 Days
- If you cancel your purchase, subscription, or trial period within 14 days from the date of the transaction, you will be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed and returned to you within 3 weeks from the date of cancellation.
1.2. No Refunds After 14 Days

2. Plan Upgrades/Downgrades
2.1. Upgrades
- If you choose to upgrade your plan, the old plan will be dropped immediately, and the new plan will take effect. Refunds for the old plan will not be provided for any unused period, regardless of when the upgrade occurred.
2.2. Downgrades
- If you choose to downgrade your plan, the old plan will be dropped immediately. Refunds for the old plan will only be allowed if the old plan was used for less than 14 days from the date of purchase. The refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the old plan.
3. Trial Period Refunds
- If you cancel during a trial period, and the trial period ends within the 14-day window, you are eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed within 3 weeks from the date of cancellation.
